I think the Somos Central Hotel Poblado is a vey good hotel; however, there is an issue with noise across rooms. The walls are too thin for a hotel.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Good location because you are close to El Poblado and a good little supermarket. However, the only entrance to the hotel is through an ugly alley full of trash and homeless people. That alone makes it feels unsafe at night.

When you first arrive at the hotel is not the best impression as is tucked in on the side of a street and there was a guy sleeping on the street. Once you go inside the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean. There is no phone on the rooms to communicate with the front desk or the outside. There is an elevator, but you still need to be able to manuever the stairs as half the rooms require you to go up or down the stairs to reach them. The included breakfast was ok. Toiletries are provided. Don't loose your room key or you will be charged! Overall it was a good stay and value for the money paid. We felt safe walking around after we got over the first impression. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores. The air conditioning was excellent.

We stayed at Somos Flat Central in El Poblado, Medellín, and the experience was excellent. The location is perfect in a very safe and quiet area, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are well organized, the beds are super comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The staff was very kind and attentive from the very beginning. They were always willing to help and answer any questions. The hotel also offers a buffet-style breakfast, which was a great addition to the stay. We would definitely stay here again. We 100% recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place, well located, with excellent service in El Poblado. 🌿✨

We loved that this Somos location was so close to everything but also tucked away from the loud clubs. The breakfast buffet was great! The wifi in our room was iffy, but very strong when downstairs in the restaurant area.
