I didn't like to have the deposit $100 dollars for 3 to 5 days. . Plus the bathroom on the lobby was closed. An old couple ask for the keys to use the bathroom and the lady on the desk denied to ofer the key. That's not wright. Not a good experience.

People in surrounding rooms included upstairs were very loud after 12am. Kept waking my baby. Made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise everything upon check in was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Like; It was close to the doctor's office. There were several things I didn't like, the room smelled like cigarettes and during my shower the water kept going from super hot to super cold.

Would not recommend this particular location. The room was dirty and crawling with ants and the response from the front desk clerk on the matter was a glare and a snark “I’ll tell maintenance.” The TV network was down, but next door at Black Bear Diner it worked fine. The extra $25 rate for having a dog, after you already spent an extra $15 on the specific “dog-friendly room” option is a joke. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Great place to stay , i ask for a room in the first floor amd they told me there weren't any available, jist because i booked wi5h a thi4d party i was pit in the 2nd floor when i woke up the nedt morning the parking lot was not full , so they were roomw available in the first floor not cool

Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. The eggs were better before and the auto pancake maker wasnt wirking and we like the waffles better.

Room was fine clean enough. The TV did not work. The girl behind the desk could not do anything about it as she was by herself i’m pretty handy with TVs, but I’m sure it was the remote that did not work even after changing batteries. And rebooting the Cable box so spent a night in Medford with no TV.

One of the Best Westerns that i would definitely return to - very neat, clean, organized - from the Front office - a welcoming warm fireplace at the reception, staff was pleasant & accommodating, processsd my check in within minutes. A nice short drive to our room on the 1st floor, i like a clean fresh smell when i open the door, nice updated LVP flooring, simple clean furnishings, nicely tucked & clean bathroom. I appreciate a much bigger fridge than the usual "mini", microwave as well. A couple of things that would help management keep track of - toilet tank is still running after filling up, & an Ottoman that sits next to the chair by the a/c - legs are broken, wobbly, could fall apart easily - dangerous! We had a good nights sleep, bed was comfy as was the temp with the ac/heater working well. A definite stop on the road back south to Socal.

When we arrived, the room looked clean and nicely welcoming, but within a minute we realized there was a foul odor permeating the room. We called the desk and after a few minutes, Theresa was able to get us another room close by so that we didn’t have far to move our stuff!

The pet friendly rooms are a little cold feeling, mainly because of the blue and grey colors with no carpet. Much different from the warm cozy feeling of the lobby. But other than that, they are roomy well appointed. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Will stay there again next time I need to go to Medford.

Great property! rooms are super clean parking lot and outside of the rooms are well lit. Staff are very nice. Good breakfast And heated outdoor pool!

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Easy access from the interstate, making it a good stop on our trips. They offer a very nice breakfast selection and a Black Bear Diner is on the other side of the parking lot.

It would have been nice to be acknowledged by one of the two staff present at check in. The room was very clean and I was very comfortable staying there. I do think check in at 2 pm would be more appropriate.
