“The room keys stopped working after one use, even though they were kept separate. Had to exchange 3 different times. Mold on the side of the AC. WiFi kept going out. Bathroom door handle had holes around it that offered no privacy. The one gentleman at the counter was the only nice one. The ladies were very rude every time I had to ask them to fix the room key cards.”

“Clean room, comfortable beds. Brent was our checkin host and he was an amazing customer service person thoroughly explaining where everything was in hotel and hours available. Usual good hot breakfast included. Several great restaurants within walking distance--basically across the parking lot.”
