"Live here so amenities aren't a thing. And the hotel is under renos so gym, pool, hottub are out of order. The jacuzzis are too but I booked a king room and the gave me a SUITE just without a working jacuzzi. They made it hard to complain."

"The property was not overly busy for the night we stayed so we were offered a free upgrade from a queen bed to a king! Great gesture! We used the pool/hot tub area. It was stated to shower before entering but the shower didn’t work. The pool had a liner that was lifting and could use maintenance. Also, most of the signage in the pool area was old and could use updating as it was very difficult to read. The hotel room was great as was the continental breakfast."
