nice little place in town . clean rooms , little outdated buthot shower with good pressure, comfy beds with clean linens and near where i had to be at a cheap price. what more could you ask for . and the town is awesome

No one in the office when i got there. Phone number there to call. Person told me just to go in room 5 and the keys were in the room. Rather odd. TV remote didn't work. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable

Very Bad Experience Over a Simple Request;

Booked with Expedia for three nights at Dollingers Courtyard. Once I arrived The stay was paid with my credit card for three nights stay. Change of plans due to weather issues that caused a deterioration of the reason I was in the area. I informed the desk the evening of the second night I would like to check out in the morning and cancel my last day and would they refund me. After some phone calls to management Dollingers said they couldn’t refund me for the third night due to booking through Expedia who would charge them. I made a call to CS Expedia and was assured they would not and was asked to check at the front desk about my refund again since the payment was made to the motel and the CS representative had just gotten off the phone with the motels front desk but was unable to reach the management. I explained to the front desk I was intending to check out early in the morning was hoping the owner would do my billing right and credit my third night as he said it was due to booking with Expedia that he couldn’t but having cleared this matter with Expedia I was believing all was clear to check out one day early. Nope billed for three nights stayed only two. Should have paid one night at a time and reapplied each day for additional night stay in hind sight. Also Motel was not booked 25% to capacity.

Very nice hotel

Clean, close to restaurants and points of interest. Booked on line thru Expedia without a hitch. Would be nice to have office staff available for more hours.

A older motel in the heart of Medina

The room had a smell like a wet dog was in the room in the past and the room could use some modern renovations such as carpet and a new mattress, but it was clean and close to the town of Medina. The front desk only has someone in it from 10am to 10pm so if you need something like ice or other room supplies your out of luck.

well worth the $$

Service was friendly, but there was no one there after 9PM, if we had not left Darien Lake early to check in, we would not have been able to! The room was clean for the most part, however the carpets could use a good deep cleaning. Also the bathroom door did not stay shut on its own. all-in-all it was a very comfortable little place to lay our heads to rest after a long and tiring day!

Clean, Close to the Erie Canal

1.5 miles away from the Erie canal, which we were biking. The room was clean, but no shampoo provided. Everything in the towns seems to be closed on a Sunday, so we ordered pizza instead of going out to dinner.

Stay was ok. We checked in late night, but we couldn't see any maintenance person though we checked out at 9 am. There was a key drop off box for checkout. We really didn't have anyone in the management to help us in case we needed anything. Cleanliness and facilities were ok.

It's ok

The stay was fine, However we had a leaky sink that we reported that didn't get fixed, and it was significant enough that one could slip and fall so we used the trash can to collect the water. Towels and coffee weren't replenished and no one was available to collect out keys at the time of checking out.

No management present and questionable clientele.

Arrived in the afternoon and thought we would check in with staff. As it happened, no staff onsite and through an odd directive, from a note posted on the office door, were given a number to call on a 1980's style phone loosely connected to the siding. Called the number and made contact with an individual who gave no name but informed us that a key was inside our room that was already open. All strange and a little disconcerting. What made matters worse was the car sitting in the parking lot the next morning with a Tupperware container collecting gasoline from the vehicle's leaky gas tank, about 3 qts. Came back that evening to see the owner smoking a cigarette in his doorway just a few feet away from the vehicle. Made a mental note and an evacuation plan for the evening in case of a vehicle explosion. Thankful this was my last evening at this more than questionable accommodation. Terrible price for the terrible value. Think hard before trusting this location which almost appears as a scam that takes advantage of the unsuspecting individual making the reservation.

Room smelled of smoke, we are not smokers

Room was clean but smelled of smoke, we are not smokers and it was not nice. Our suitcase even smelled of smoke when we arrived home. I understand that this hotel has undergone a renovation. However, I am used to better than blankets with burn marks from a hot dryer that are so thin they have holes in them. All we needed was a place to go to sleep and this hotel did the job.

Great Value in upstate New York

Traveling through NY state and this motel located about 20 minutes off the interstate was s great value. Very clean and comfortable. Dunkin' Donuts located across the street was a nice bonus.
