From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further.
