Pratique mais vieillot

Résidence propre et proche de la plage mais dans l'ensemble ça reste assez vieillot et l'ambiance ne m'a pas beaucoup plu. Le studio fait assez triste dans son ensemble et dans sa décoration.

Bello il residence nel verde e con la spiaggia a pochi passi.Ci avevamo già alloggiato qualche anno fa trovandoci bene con l'appartamento fuori dalla reception ,quest'anno era sopra la reception e sopra il ristorante.vuol dire porte sbattute e rumori dal ristorante...anche l'acqua della doccia che veniva piano con un sifone che poteva essere rinnovato...comunque una buona vacanza.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad agosto, tutto perfetto e rilassante a differenza di recensioni lette. La mobilia è un pò datata, ma ricompensa dalla posizione di dove si trova la struttura. Noi avevamo il monolocale al piano terra con un pezzetto di giardino per mangiare. Zero problemi con il parcheggio. Consiglio il piano terra se volete stare in un ambiente più fresco, altrimenti ogni unità è dotata di aria condizionata.

Edificio degli anni 70, avrebbe bisogno di una sistemazione esterna. Ma comunque tutto molto pulito. Gli elettrodomestici e l'aria condizionata hanno funzionato molto bene. Si va a piedi al mare, ma per le spiagge un po piu grandi bisogna prendere la macchina, 5 minuti al massimo.

Pratico soggiorno in famiglia

La struttura è comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia. Peccato che il mare più pulito dista ad un kilometro ma è facilmente raggiungibile in automobile. La struttura dispone di parcheggi privati esterni ed i monolocali hanno sia il tavolo interno che esterno al terrazzino.

Good room but area can be overcrowded.

No complaints about the room and the receptionist was very personable and helpful. This is an area of very many tourist accomodations, which can be spoiled by overcrowding of ocean beaches during summer, especially if you are trying to park a car.

tutto bene, a parte il parcheggio

Il nostro appartamento era il numero 46. Siamo arrivati verso le 11:00 di mercoledì mattina e la camera era già pronta. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e già fresco. Ottima dotazione di suppellettili per l'angolo cucina: abbiamo fatto sempre colazione nell'appartamento. Grande e spazioso terrazzo, eravamo in una stanza d'angolo. Un po' rumoroso la mattina (voci e grida di bambini e qualche genitore un po' troppo…) ma in compenso silenzioso la notte. Unico neo, a volerne trovare uno, è il parcheggio che pur essendo privato è comunque sulla pubblica via, col rischio di trovare la macchina cocciata e soprattutto con nessuna sicurezza di trovarlo vicino al residence (i parcheggi privati caratterizzati dal cartello sono anche un po' distanti).

Boende nära bad med fri parkering.

Helt ok ställe om du gillar att hamna tillbaka i känslan av 70:talets charter känsla. För lite så känns det som när man anländer och kliver in på rummet. Här har klockan stannat 1975. Dock är de två plattorns i kökspentryt bytta till el istället för gas. Rummen har mordärniserats med AC. Rummet är för övrigt rymmligt med stor balkong. Tillhörande tårkställning för badkläder. För hit kommer du för att bada och koppla av ett par dagar. Då wifi endast finns i anslutning till reception och rum precis ovanför, så är det perfekt för dig som vill dra ur kontakten ett par dagar och uppleva livet på 70:talet. Kökspentryt har sparsmakat med utrustning. Det finns för att koka espresso och göra dig en fukost. Coop ligger ca 10 min bilväg ifrån. Vill du äta på hotellet så finns resturang. På ena av de två långa stränderna kan du bygga din egen hydda under dagen. Du kan även ta dig till Porto Santo Stefano eller Orbitello för en bit kvällsmat. Hit kommer du med bil och fri parkering finns framför hotellet.

Lo consiglierei

E' un tre stelle, quindi non c'è da aspettarsi niente di meraviglioso o di lussuoso. Tuttavia lo consiglio senz'altro, perchè l'appartamento a piano terra con giardino che ho abitato per una settimana era spazioso, fresco (non ho avuto necssiità di accendere il condizionatore) e soprattutto pulito. Ho letto di recensioni che parolano di insetti......ovviamente dove c'è un giardino, possono esserci animaletti, ma certamente non dentro casa. Il personale è discreto e gentile.

Weekend lungo in famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Vicinissimo al mare, dove si può accedere sia alla spiaggia libera che agli stabilimenti. La struttura rispecchia la media delle recensioni, non è recentissima ma ha tutto quel che serve. Il personale è gentile. Il bar quasi inesistente, meglio andare sulla vicina provinciale. Il ristorante ha una buona cucina, anche se il menu è abbastanza limitato, e bisogna prenotarlo con largo anticipo.

buona struttura e personale cortese ed accogliente

monolocale ampio, con rifiniture praticamente nuove e dotato di attrezzature e spazi idonei a portatori di handicap ( tra l'altro, bagno con doccia attrezzata). Buono l'angolo cottura per un eventuale famiglia, ottima la posizione. Verde e spiaggia comodamente raggiungibili. Assolutamente da non trascurare la cortesia e l'accoglienza ricevuta dalla reception.

Bom hotel de praia

Fiquei hospedada apenas uma noite, mas não tenho reclamações a respeito da acomodação. Apenas o serviço da recepção deixa um pouco a desejar por ser meio lento e desorganizado. Quando saímos do hotel, um pouco antes das 8h, a recepção estava abandonada... simplesmente deixamos a chave e fomos embora.

Bel residence in ottima posizione

Residence consigliato per famiglie e per chiunque non voglia spendere una cifra eccessiva per avere tutte le comodità. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto intorno alla struttura. Zona molto tranquilla e pratica per raggiungere le diverse spiagge e centri turistici. Unica pecca il check out entro le ore 10 se non si vuole pagare un supplemento.
