"Very simple and clean rooms, the staff was exceptionally nice. I was surprised to find the hotel served Japanese breakfast in the morning and a jazz bar at night!!"
"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "
"Convenient location, quiet with plenty of great food and drink nearby. Access to several subway lines and a great food district made this a great stay. "

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda Otemachi
10/10 Excellent
"Great location close to Kanda train station. Nice and clean and well A/C and friendly front desk. Breakfast in restaurant is not very good, recommend getting food oustside of hotel. "
"Very busy hotel, but run efficiently!! Rooms are dated. But within walking distance to the Tokyo Dome where we saw a fun baseball game!
I’d stay there again"
"This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor.
Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available."
"I have stayed here for more than 15 nights in total. I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Pros:
It’s conveniently located near the Tokyo station and there’s some closer Otemachi metro station and JR Kanda station. Staff is extremely friendly and many are available on site, and the hotel is very clean, I like the coffee and snack service at the lobby that is available in the afternoon. There is a 7-eleven 30 seconds walk away from the hotel, where I usually buy breakfast. I also find it a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within 5-10minute walk.
Cons:
The hotel is quite busy, the elevators are full close to checkout time 11AM, the breakfast area (need to pay) is always full, but there are plenty other options around the hotel if it’s not a Sunday. Many restaurants around are closed on Sundays.
There are 2 laundry machines but this too is always full.
The main problem is that this hotel seems full every time I visit, I’m sure there are many satisfied customers like myself that return to stay at this hotel. "
"Courteous service. Blocks from bullet train station. Clean. Mineral water spa. Happy hour snacks. Breakfast with good variety is f foods. Quiet room with firm mattress and selection of pillows. Great value!!!!"
