Hotel Fantastic

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast bar. However, it is quite far from the downtown area. Public transportation is easily accessible but does take a while to reach your destination.
The glass shower in the middle of the room poses an issue if you have children in the room.
Beds were very comfy and the room was beautifully decorated and modern. As well as spacious.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Naomi was a great help to us, helping with our dinner plans. The rooms were the best we had on our trip to Switzerland, France, Belgium and The Netherlands. We would highly recommend the Falco and gladly stay there again!
