Close to southern cross station, smooth check in, great variety of restaurants in Katherine Place, secure and safe and very comfortable apartment. Shower had fabulous water pressure! Loved laundry and fact washing powder provided.

Was upgraded to a better room which had a large living space. However, the sound insulation was poor and the noise from a nearby bar kept me up till late. The shower hose needed to be replaced - it was leaking badly. On the positive side, this was close to lots of good eating options and walking distance to Southern Cross Station as well as Spencer Street Station.

We were pleased to receive an upgrade. The apartment was lovely, well presented, a good size and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was spoiled by outside noise (not the fault of the apartments) and a sofa that was uncomfortable. I didn't like that there was a small amount of black mold in the grout of the shower. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend these apartments.
