Great hotel in an excellent location, handy to transport and walking distance to shops and places to eat. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and both check in and check out were a breeze 😊 awesome views from the small but well appointed room. Really nice fixtures in the bathroom 👍 would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to everywhere. Nice little hotel, great staff. Unfortunately during the period of our stay, major construction going on. Road was blocked off to the hotel. A short walk to meet up Uber driver with our luggages, otherwise it was all*****!

What a lovely hotel. Close to everything. Bed was amazing 💤💤💤 Absolute comfort and usable room. Loved the little balcony to people watch. Even with the construction going on it didn’t interfere what so ever. Will come back.

Exceptional customer service is beyond the scales. Fraya was the receptionist that check us in and out. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier. The rooms we got were very spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet room and good location, very central. Close to everything.

I stayed here for a couple nights when I visiting Melbourne. They charged me a fee after I checked out and called them immediately. The person at the front desk assured me that it was wrongly put in and that he would reverse it immediately and it would be taken off my credit card in a couple of days. Well, the charge has not been reversed and I am stuck paying for a fee now.

Hidden gem
Building was in the middle of a small lane - I expected for the hotel to be slightly run down as it didn’t look like much from the outside. But what a lovely surprise! Rooms was modern, new and had a kitchen co plate with dishwasher! Beds comfortable, everything nice and clean. Close to everything. Excellent place to stay!

The staff were great. The rooms were very clean and everything worked fine. They could use a few modern touches like USB power points, but otherwise nicely appointed. GREAT TOWELS! There is a lot of construction around the area which at times blocks access from Swanston st but the Hotel did notify us ahead of time. I will return.

Construction going on right outside door of hotel so you can’t get to it easily. Had to walk around to end of street with luggage. Hotel room was small and had a weird odor, was a lot of outside noise, was close to shopping and dining but is not ideal location.

The housekeeping doesn’t clean the shower area and toilet. They just replace new towels and make the bed. There is one Philipino Cleaner , Maria. She is very rude and arrogant.

Not much to complain about
Reasonably quiet and well located. The room is quite small. The kitchen was a bit under equipped if you actually want to cook. There were many items there was only 1 of although it was a queen room. Bed comfortable. The place was clean. It was a little bit warm and stuffy in the room slept with only sheet. Not too bad but not cool and you cant control the air con. Located 1 block from Melbourne central train station and a very small woolies metro within 200m.

We stay at the Brady to attend the AO tennis. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable with a nice mattress topper. The kitchenette has everything for a little self-catering. The TV allows casting from you phone. Only the carpet is getting a bit tired. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked the closeness of Melbourne Central and the city in general but had to walk a long way around as the street is closed by tunnel works. Our apartment was facing the tunnel works and the works were nonstop all night. We had practically no sleep.

Apartament is spacious. Super clean. The location is excellent. All transport options nearby. Check in was smooth even at 6 am. The road where hotel is located is blocked. Access only from one side even for pedestrians. Carry coins of you want to use the laundry machines. Reception didn't have any.
