Close to Southern Cross station, easy access to everything. Apartment was niceand clean. Pool, gym, sauna and steam room were awesome. I will definitely be back.

Amenities are lovely and location is great , only down fall was a cold shower
Apartments are nice, well located. The problem is the staff, well, the lack of it actually. There is no receptionist there, my check in took over an hour, 1h just to wait for someone to come to that location. After flying 22 hours, waiting another hour for a receptionist to show up is definitely not a nice experience. The staff issue continued when i decided to do some hand washing and i asked for more soap. Took them 2 days to send me one. So yea, it's a nice place to go if you dont need anything from them and you have the time to wait for a long check in. That's why i give them 3 stars instead of 0, for the apartment itself, for the service 0 stars, disappointing.

All staff involved were Amazing. Jeeno from maintenance. Reception staff at the Aspire were lovely especially Angel during the fire drill.

Great location
Aspire is a great place to stay. Close to shops, trams, buses and rail. However booking through Lumina Stays was not ideal. Only one key per unit is available which is most inconvenient and we were unable to get second one. Also we stayed 11 nights but had to ring to get unit cleaned which happened on day 9.
Would look at booking a different way next visit.

Over all good
The property was nice and modern. The only negative thing I could say is having to always request more amenities as the Office of Lumina is offsite and the amenities was brought the day after. The apartment was west facing so it got really hot in the bedroom, only aircon was in the lounge room which wasn’t enough to cool the whole apartment down. The weather temperature outside was between 22 to 25 degrees during our stay.Pool and spa facilities were nice.

While the Aspire complex is fabulous, the apartment itself was deficient. The bathrooms had not been well cleaned and one of the glasses in the kitchen was dirty. Limited quantities of cheap powdered coffee, tea, etc were provided - nowhere near enough for all days of our stay and not what we expected foe high end accommodation such as this.
During our stay the temps were high - into the 30s - and we quickly found out that the airconditioner did not work. While the management company provided standing fans they were delivered late in the day and only one of the two provided worked. They only served to create air movement, not to actually cool the space. We were told that nobody was available to come and look at the airconditioner, even though we alerted the management company to the problem at 8 am on a weekday. This made for an uncomfortable stay and poor sleep for two of our three nights. Other options were offered but these would have seen our family separated over multiple rooms or moved.
The property management has outsourced its key collection service to key ninja. This meant we were subject to overly persistent communication regarding our proposed check out time. Not what we needed while trying to enjoy a holiday free from time constraints.
This experience contrasted starkly with our previous stay at another apartment in tbe complex, which we could not rate highly enough.
Overall the owners of this unit should reconsider the management company they have engaged.
