The bed was really comfortable and the staff were super helpful. Getting a discount in the bistro for being a Motel guest was a pleasant surprise and made a big difference. The food was basic pub food but done well.

The staff were friendly and respectful. Rooms clean and fresh though bathroom dated, sink needed attention/replaced. Not a fussy person so it suited my needs. Bed was super comfy. Road noise but did not keep me awake. I would stay there again.

The road is discusting for access to rooms and reception. The walls in the room near the front door had water leakage causing bubbles to form on the wall.Thick dust along wall behind bed. The bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom amenities were okay.

The staff are excellent but the site is noisy which you would expect given the location. The shower grout had mould stains. The bedding was clean and fresh but the thing that bothered me the most was the lack of power points on the wall behind the bed. I wanted to charge my phone while using it as an alarm as there was no alarm clock. There were no lamps so once I’d finished reading in bed I had to get out of bed to turn off the light which rendered the room pitch black- great for sleeping but not for walking around in the night.

Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all.
