I didnt like the way the receptionist looked after me on my check in Thursday 2pm. When out check out Sam, was very courteous and friendly all the time. The quality of food they offered was very poor and the price was ridiculous. Sam(reception) and the manager that came to help me with the TV were very kind . Good location.

Stayed in a large room on a high floor for Grand Final weekend. Hotel at capacity, some issues with the lifts on one day made the descent slow and squishy. On a busy road so best to be up high for less noise. Great facilities in the room with sitting area, dining space, kitchenette and bathroom. However very small ensuite bathroom with glass doors, which is great for couples but less so for friends. Great location.

Great location. Less than 10 mins walk from Sky bus terminal (for a pensioner with a heavy suitcase). 2 mins walk to tram stop for free tram. The reception/desk staff were very helpful with transport links. I was upgraded to a room with a street view, with a fridge/ kitchen/cooking facilities. Would definitely recommend
