A great spot to stay if you need to be in this location. The room was clean enough, it was the kitchen appliances and above the fridge that were dirty. Also the entrance ways in the lobby were not overly clean. The car park was a little walk and definitely a place I wouldn’t want to be around at night time. The set up is a little strange with two different companies in the same complex and they are no longer in the reception area. But it was comfortable enough and met our needs.

I loved the location and comfy spacious apartment at a reasonable rate. Bed and Linen were really good and kitchen facilities also great but not much cookware to cook with (so I let them know on checking out). I was initially told I could check in early but the reception was closed and I couldn’t raise anyone on the contact no. provided so early check in didn’t happen which was a shame. Lucky the Adars reception was open and they were very helpful in offering to store my bags.

Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating. There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty. The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at. Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so be sure to reserve!

Check in was easy. Renovations at the time we checked in. Shelf under TV unit was damaged and reported straight away. Easy parking. Good nightly rate for parking. Close to CBD of Melbourne and very close distance to the MCG. Room pricing was a big steep but overall the accommodation was excellent.

The room was better than expected For the price I was expecting a small motel room but was pleasantly surprised it was more an apartment with loads of ammenities even a washing machine and dryer Definitely a return customer Thanks

Was good location for MCG but the room had a broken kitchen table dirty sheets on the bed stains on the lounge burns on the kitchen chairs, I guess if you got this room cheap it would be fine just not when you are paying a lot of money for it, the cleaners could be a lot better

Richmond Central Apartments are great value for money. I cook my own breakfast every morning and all the utensils etc, that I needed, were there. The location is convenient to trams. The train station is 20min walk away. The Richmond Traders shopping centre with Coles, an independent grocer and other specialty food outlets is just a few minutes walk along Richmond Road. There is plenty of free street parking from 5pm to 9am, if you are happy to go a 100+m north along Lennox St.

Very little info or photos so we just booked and hoped. Very pleased with almost everything and would have rated higher but for 2 things. Main issue was the wi fi which was poor and unreliable. The other was the lack of streaming setup with the TV. The set was fine but who watches only free to air TV? The unit was very spacious and mainly in very good condition. Excellent location and reasonably priced. Would we re book? Maybe one night only because the wi fi is a major issue for us and probably the vast majority of other people.

After booking this accommodation I read a number of very ordinary reviews so approached my stay here with a little trepidation. I am very pleased to say that I could not be more impressed with both the accommodations and the assistance I received from the staff who were helpful, polite and more importantly proactive about ensuring my stay was as good as it could be. I will be coming back in the very near future. Well done to the team at Richmond Central and Arcarda.

Overall fairly central to everything, service was friendly. Apartment has everything you need, washer, dryer, kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, especially the shower
