Staff great Room in poor shape. Was a zipped king and there was no mattress protector meaning sleeping anywhere in the middle of the bed meant the zipper digging in. Stains on mattress, table was leaning and damaged. Bar fridge froze anything placed inside. Wouldn't stay again unless updated. Location was ok

Room was good upon arrival. Staff were great. However really disappointed by the quality of Housekeeping. Bed not made properly. Cup not washed. Toilet not cleaned 2 days in row until I had to call reception to please action. Really disappointing considering I made an effort to keep the room tidy for Housekeeping.
