At the end unit there was a disgusting smell. The bins at the end of the park maybe , a very fishy possibly blood and bone smell. Otherwise, it was lovely and quiet and comfy. Great communication with check in.

Loved our four day stay at the Villa. Very comfortable, clean, lovely & quiet. Close to cafes, shopping centre, petrol station, playground etc. The villa had everything we needed, except a few extra towels, sheets, cooking utensils or washing machine would’ve been handy, especially with two small children for four days but otherwise it was a fantastic little getaway and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Cute Villa

Cute little villa, very cosy. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Beds were very firm, stovetop and microwave cooking only. Good shower and tv. Nice and clean, fresh linnen. Quiet spot at night. No washing machine or dishwasher. Kid friendly.

Nice Villa

We stayed 1 night before going to the Spirit of Tasmania the following day. The Villa is a nice little cottage, in a gated community, so quite safe & secure & plenty big enough, king bed was comfortable. The backs of the chairs needed the screws tightened, so hubby did that. New owners had just taken over a week ago, so I'm sure they will get around to doing some maintenance. The owner was lovely & she was friendly. I would recommend staying here, its quite close to the Corio Bay ship terminal.

Toilet was very dirty and uncleaned with fecal matter. Hair throughout bathroom, toilet and shower, overall cleanliness of entire unit inside and our was quite poor. It is very worn needs some tlc. Location was great quiet and secure. Communication and management was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Cleanliness definitely needs more attention.
