“Great staff, location”

“Great place to stay.”

“Property is in need of maintenance and ongoing upkeep. Our room only had one light in the room and could only be turned on by walking completely into the room. There was no switch by the door. Carpet was torn in places and very dirty. Location was beautiful and with an overall renovation, this could be a beautiful property to go along with the beach views and access. The parking fee seemed a little high for the time of year and the number of guests in the resort.”

“Excellent”

“Walking distance to the beach! Wonderful!!!!”

“The room/space itself was clean however the elevators/hallways etc…were all very dirty. The mattress itself was comfortable however a king with only two pillows and a very thin quilt was not.”

“We felt that the location was good and the place was nice for the money”

“Great facilities and friendly staff”

“Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.”
