Great clean property. Staff is very nice and friendly. Not sure why people have had negative experiences but seems like user error more than a hotel issue. Comfortable bed and linens and clean. Very modern and sleek.

Great Night Sleep

We had a great experience at the hotel. It was quiet, pretty clean, and the customer service was great. The beds were super comfortable. I would book again if in the area.

I have stayed here numerous times and always been greeted with friendly staff. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk to check me in and then they acted a bit put out.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. My room had several problems == the carpet was pulled back where the entry flooring started, the fridge/microwave and coffee pot set up was odd and somewhat in disrepair. The shower curtain barely reached the top of the tub, so water leaked into the floor when we showered. No free breakfast, but the food we paid for was excellent and the staff was great.

Do not recommend.

The staff is very nice although I was given the wrong room. I was to tired to go back downstairs and get the correct room. Room was pretty dirty. No hairdryer. In room telephone did not work. One of the lamps didn't work. The USB plugs on the nightstand didn't work. The doors to the other hotel rooms would slam shut. Very strong smell of burnt oil in the hallway.

Don’t get room 409

Check-in was good. The room I requested but received a single with a pull out sofa. There was a stain on the sheet and a large bug running around the floor. Went to the front desk to get more sheets and bug spray. They didn’t have bug spray. The night front desk agent did offer me free breakfast coupons. But I didn’t want to eat there knowing I was killing bugs in my room. The door to room 409 gets stuck so make sure it is closed when you leave if you get that room. The bartender was very helpful. Check out was good. Hotels usually have a room they assign last cause they know it has issues, I think 409 is that room for this property.

After a long day driving the bed was heavenly. Very comfortable room. However, SIGNIFICANT maintenance was required. The bathroom faucet wasn't fastened down! It was only held upright by the water line itself- nothing was there to fasten it to the countertop! Next, the front panel of the bathroom vanity was coming loose. Perhaps someone had started addressing the faucet issue but left it unfinished and unsecured. How did housekeeping not noticed the unsecured faucet? Lastly, drop-down door to the coffee nook was held in place by only one small arm on one side! The other side plus the hinges were all loose with no fasteners in sight! The whole panel flopped loose when I opened it to check the coffee provisions. I would happily come here again but management should discuss issues w housekeeping and maintenance.

All my needs were meet and specialized treatment was offered due to my health issues. I was treated as a queen! If I could how well I am treated it would contain words that overflow. Thank you staff.
