After leaving the crap hole across the street, this property was a welcome surprise. No soap or shampoo in the room tho. All dispensers were empty.

The man who checked me in was very nice and talkative. The room was average. It was actually higher in price than a Motel 6 I stayed in the night before in Mineral Wells TX that was a lot nicer. I probably will not be staying here again.

The room itself was clean. The rest of the facility and surrounding were filthy. The locks on the door were broken and house keeping tried to enter without knocking. I braced a chair against the door itself.

Noise level was horrible. Coffee pot in room was broken and clerk claimed they didn't have another one available. Hotel was not fully booked so should have been able to get a coffee pot from another room. Bathroom was soo small.

The room was fine; no complaints. My only criticism is the neighborhood and limitations on dining options; one Mexican restaurant across the street...marginal and then there's the hotel/casino, also across the street, if you like that sort of thing.

The rooms are clean which is important to me. Didn't have breakfast only coffee and juice but that's okay when they allow pets to stay for free. Bed was comfortable. Not fancy but that's okay too for a one night stay. Excellent Mexican restaurant just across the street. Absolutely will stay again when we need a room in West Memphis.

The check in was fast and easy. They make you pay a $50 deposit that you get back at checkout. They called the room right before 11 and said time to go. Lol but the room was clean and spacious but the microwave was disgusting like something exploded in it and started rotting. Definetly would throw that out.

Hotel wasn’t bad, check in and getting into the room was easy. They accepted our dog which was wonderful, and the room was clean and normal. Only issue was the sound of some kind of metal or machine of some kind making a racket on all sides as well as above us at random times throughout the night. Other than that even the bed was comfy!
