Loved this place for our family. Felt like I was almost at an all-inclusive resort! Breakfast, weekday social hour with beer on tap, free laundry, in room kitchenette and separate bedroom for when my older one wanted to stay up watching tv. Beds were very comfortable.

Even though we checked in late, the check in process was super friendly and easy. They were very kind to us and our pup, who was new to traveling as well and a little nervous. The room needed updating. There is a need for more handicap parking. Of all the times I have stayed at this location, this room was the worst. The room was smaller, the tub enamel was cracked, there were wall patches in the bathroom from leakage, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating as usual.

My new go-to location in Memphis!

Without exception, the staff were the NICEST bunch I have ever seen, from reception to the hosts to the cleaning crews. VERY friendly, with excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager's reception in the evening was a nice relaxing break, with beer and wine and some light food. Overall, a fantastic bargain and wonderful stay!
