This property is a welcomed addition to the hotel options in Collierville. It is new, spacious and well-appointed inside and out. Staff greet you with courtesy, professionalism and respect. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the amenities. Outside, there are several alcoves with seating to visit and share with friends. Do ask for a room facing away from the rail track. You'll thank me. Breakfast was more than adequate. Coffee was above average, although I would appreciate a medium roast being added to the table.

Great experience overall, with the consistently high standard I’ve come to expect from TownePlace Suites. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to a railway crossing. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be woken up by train horns during the night. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.
