The room was very spacious and the kids enjoyed the playroom. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helped us so much with figuring out where to eat, how to get to certain places, and simply making our stay welcomed. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood without the congested feeling of myeongdong, Novotel Dongdaemun is the place to stay."
