Best Western Cooperstown Inn & Suites

"The room was basic and clean. It has a microwave and good size mini fridge, which was a plus. The pool was open good hours (til 9:30), which the kids loved. You do need to get pool towels at the front desk. Putting it out there so you are prepared ahead of time. It also has a hot tub. The breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast. They had frittatas one morning that we liked. They have the usual waffle/pancake, cereal, fruit, yogurt, Danish section along with their daily menu."

"We went as a couple just to see the Baseball Hall of Fame. We had no idea how many things there are here! The staff at the hotel advised us of all the things around us and the history of the town. Our hotel was a short walk from EVERYTHING in either direction. The amount of details regarding Railroads in the Railroad Inn was INCREDIBLE! I have a real love of trains and this hotel does not disappoint! So clean! Snacks and beverages available all night long. A nice place to kick back like a B&B either inside or outside. Also deer all night long steps from the door. So cool for these hardened city folk!"

"James was very helpful in accommodating my needs - I needed a refrigerator for my medicine and he had it in my room within 24 hours. There is a complimentary ticket to the “Glimmer glass” boat ride with your stay as well."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to sit in the lobby with our friends and kids for a few hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend all of our friends and family to stay in the hotel. CM"

"Had a few small issues with the room on check-in (refrigerator not working, smoke detector battery low, tv not working) but they were fixed immediately upon being brought to the attention of staff. In addition, circumstances beyond our control meant we had to stay an extra night and the front desk staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and got us setup for the extra night without having to change rooms. Would recommend this Motel to anyone on a budget that needs a place to stay in Oneonta."
