โIt was a nice stay. Location was good to walk to neaby stations. Front desk and staff were kind.
I was stisfied with everything except for weak water pressure while taking a shower.โ
โWe drove to Chicago got there at 1:00 check in was suppose he at 3:00 didnโt get into my room until 5:30 and tv didnt work but besides that everything else was find lovely hotel . โ
โThe staff was amazing and very welcoming. It gave very high class! The valet greeted me first and took care of the car the entire trip. He walked my bags in ushering me to the counter and from there the counter took over. We handled check in smoothly and fast. Got to my room and had an amazing view! โ
โMy family arrived early and were quite anxious, but the quick check-in process alleviated our concerns and left us extremely satisfied. Furthermore, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean. Overall, we were highly pleased with our experience.โ
โThis hotel was lovely. The room was large and smelled divine. Everything was spotless, beds were comfy, location was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. :) โ
โRooms were very clean. Housekeeping was attentive and offer services and water.
Unfortunately, the bar/food area was short staffed. There was 7 of us dining and we had to wait almost an hour for our food. The 1 worker did as best he could but it was very inconvenient as we were on a schedule. โ
โThe room was clean and comfy. The process to check in and out was smooth and the l location felt safe. We walked to Millennium Park and The River Walk -each about a 15 minute walk, no issues. โ
