정원이 예쁜 곳
가구도 오래됐지만 나름 정감이 가는 곳이에요. 엔틱풍가구도 맘에 들고..오래되서 문도 삐꺽거려요. 침대가 낡은것이 흠이구요.(매트리스는 괜찮은데 뒤척일때소리가 많이남).에어컨이 새거라서 냄새도 안나구좋아요.아침은 콘프레이크,빵,과일인데 부족해서 오믈렛도 시켜먹었어요. 제일큰 단점은 소깔로에서 멀어요. 광장에서 택시도 잘 안잡히구요. 메리다는 모기가 좀 많더라구요. 그래도 예쁜 정원땜에 참을 수 있었답니다.버스터미널은 가까워요. 마트도 바로 옆에 있어요(소깔로반대편방향)

Nos cambiaron de último momento al Hotel Maison del Embajador, por una parte estuvo bien porque esta justo en el centro de Mérida pero por ende, no conocimos La Casa de las Columnas. Tengo entendido que son la misma empresa, el trato fue EXCELENTE! y el hotel cumple con lo necesario para llegar a descansar después de un día lleno de actividades de paseo. Sin duda regresaría.

Muy buena estancia! Recomendado!
La zona es muy bonita y el hotel es muy lindo. El personal es muy amable también. Dieron un cuarto muy bonito. Los muebles son antiguos y va con el carácter de la casa pero si necesitan un poco de mantenimiento. Cama cómoda y AC. Al personal solamente le falta un poco de conocimiento para recomendaciones turísticas. Muy bien todo en general.

Beautiful old casa
Beautiful old Spanish colonial casa, with big rooms and super friendly staff. Not a 4 star place, but had a really comfortable bed and clean sheets, and for $30 bucks a night can’t beat! The other most important thing for hotels in Merida are the air conditioner, and the one in my room worked great. Pretty loud, but washed out any street noise and I slept fine. But be warned in case that bothers you. The matttress was surprisingly new and very comfy, and I was all set! there’s a great hip new coffee shop just up here block, and an Oxxo (Mexican equivalent of 7-11). And super safe neighborhood, even late at night. Security gate in front is always locked, so when you check in you need to find the doorbell which is inside the gate and high up!

It has a nice structure, but there is no restaurant in premises neither close by. They have a kitchen with very old dishes and appliances that guess can use to cook, but is not very clean. Furnished in bedroom is falling apart.. but people in Merida are very nice.

Looks and feel like this place is abandoned, not very save, no parking, no restaurant, needs a lot of work, bathrooms is disrepair, green pool and the list goes on. We check out and went to a different hotel. Expedia should not have this property is far from the pictures and description.

Bellissima struttura coloniale con giardino interno, porticati e colonne. Stanze ampie con bagno pulito. Sistema per entrare ed uscire dalla struttura automatico. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente superlativa, anche per la vicinanza al centro.

Mérida is too big for me to get around in so, we settled on taking a couple of tours. The kitchen unit was nice to have and there was a grocery store a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the staff and there sense of humour as we kept having trouble with our key. One time we even had to get them to remove a screen on the window and climb in to open the door. We all just laughed

Just ok
We booked this hotel for it's location but it isn't great. We walked to Centro district but it was about 15 minutes outside. You may not feel comfortable walking back to the hotel. The room was clean but we ran out of water (literally) when the first person took a shower and at the beginning of the shower. Very strange. The courtyard was cute but the pool was a little funky.

Estimado, huésped, le agradecemos mucho sus comentarios y lamentamos mucho la situación. Como se le explicó en el mensaje que se le envió hubo un error en el sistema de la agencia ya que dejó entrar su reserva cuando nosotros desde semanas ya habíamos cerrado ventas. Se le intentó contactar y por ultimo se le dejó el mensaje con tiempo de anticipación, la agencia nos sugirió no dejarlos sin habitación donde dormir puesto que toda la plaza de Mérida estaba llena, es por eso que inmediatamente solicitamos que se le reembolsará al 100% el monto que había pagado, mismo que ya se hizo. Estamos trabajando junto con la agencia para ver que esta situación no se vuelva a repetir, mas aún cuando esta situación pone en riesgo nuestra integridad. Le agradecemos mucho esta oportunidad de replica. gracias!

The hotel is very cute with an interesting decor but it appears sorely unmaintained. The breakfast was very underwhelming, but the china plate ware was a cute detail.

Super relax, my mom and I sleep great, no noise at all. Beds and great big and comfy, nice AC and fan, warm Water, good size tv with cable , deco is Spanish style super cute and the pool super cute and clean !!!! No bugs !! We will come back and will recommend this hotel .

El hotel estéticamente es bonitos, sin embargo en la habitación no había control para el aire acondicionado, se descompuso la chapa de la puerta del baño, o había agua caliente y nos cambiaron de habitación. Esto medio resolvió el problema porque al día siguiente tampoco hubo agua caliente, el.WiFi no funcionó hasta el 3er día. Deben cuidar más los detalles, no cuentan con suficientesu empleados, no nos pudieron preparar unos huevos extra para el desayuno y una noche que regresamos tarde la puerta de entrada estaba cerrada y tuvimos que tocar por 10 minutos hasta que abrieron.

Really quaint, charming and unique place.
I close this place because in the pictures I saw all the rooms furnished in antiques. I am somewhat of a buff, and was not disappointed. They have some beautiful pieces. I got a single room which was clean and charming with a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden and pool. There was only one other couple there so I felt like I had the place to myself. They have a "self serve" kitchen with the basics, coffee, beer, some alcohol, bottled water, and set up continental breakfast in the morning with fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and coffee cake. There is a large grocery store around the corner, so if you wanted to make your own meals you could definitely do that as there aren't any restaurants close by. Center is about 12 blocks where there are many restaurants. There is a rooster close by which starts trumpeting in the early morning which added to the ambiance. I only stayed one night, between towns, but could have enjoyed a longer stay if I was in town.

Cuatro días, dos habitaciones cero desayunos.
Lindo hotel con detalles cuidados, muy ruidoso por la avenida. Sin señal de TV's pero ni falta que hace. El desayuno es una mala broma, pésima presentación, autoservicio en una cocina que le falta aseo. Sería más recomendable una cafetera en la habitación. El personal con excelente actitud.

Dieses Hotel war sehr preisgünstig, dennoch sollte es wegen des miserablen Services allenfalls als 1 Sterne Hotel in Ihrem System dargestellt werden. Weder das angegebene Restaurant noch die erwähnte Terrasse waren vorhanden.
