This hotel is very close to the airport. The staff was great and the food was excellent. The rooms were adequate and got the job done. This hotel was perfect for the price and easy to get to Mérida center via uber.

Food in the restaurant was very good. Location was convenient for the airport and a short uber ride into town. Rooms were adequate. The A/C helped. Overall, the place could do with a paint job but it was good value for money.

A short taxi ride away from both the airport and the centre of Mérida. The room I had was spacious (almost a little too big for a solo traveler..!) and the staff very helpful and accomodating in both English and Spanish

The staff was wonderful, we spent the night here for a very early morning flight. The staff helped in getting a taxi and did provide us with a wake up call at 3 a.m. The food in the restaurant wasn't the greatest, but the overall experience was fine.

Staff was wonderful. Pool was lovely. Bar was fun and bar staff was fantastic. Food was ok. Room was spacious and pretty nice with a decent bed however, AC did not get cold enough and the bathroom was overrun with many kinds of ants.

The pool area was lovely. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. The housekeeping staff are great. The rooms are clean, but dark, especially the bathroom. The first thing we saw upon entering our assigned room was a mosquito. We changed rooms but killed about 15 mosquitos throughout the night, and that is with blocking the door crack, and sleeping with the light on. If you enjoy mosquitos, go for it!

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant was good. The location was extremely convenient to the airport for a 5:30am flight. The rooms are very dark. There is practically no light in the bathroom so getting makeup on was very difficult.
