"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"The bathroom had a heated floor! That was a nice touch, the room was clean, amazing location! The phone in the room didn’t work to call room services or the front desk. The only thing I can think of that was frustrating was that any request I made to staff wasn’t fulfilled the first time, I had to go down to the front desk and ask again before it was completed. Not a huge deal but that was surprising to me for this hotel. Staff was friendly, we only ate at the restaurant once but it was very nice! Not the most kid friendly but fine for older kids. The area had lots of restaurant options, CVS and metro stop so it was perfect for us!"

"Property was under renovation and didn’t have elevator service to your floor. You had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to an elevator! Something that was not doable for a 78 year old with a cane. Instead I had to use a freight elevator in the kitchen. Also, the heater in our room was broken. It kept. Asking loud banging noises when the fan went on and off. I reported the problem the first morning we stayed and the second morning we stayed but kept getting runaround excuses as to why it couldn’t be fixed. They offered me a new room but I only had to stay 1 more night and didn’t feel like packing up my room to go to another room, only to have to pack again the next day."

"Great hotel in a great location. Walkable to many attractions, restaurants and nightlife. Nice onsite restaurant/bar. Valet parking was convenient but a bit pricey ($70/night)."
