โLovely hotel. I liked the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. It was a convenient location and super quiet too! Super charming!
If I had to say anything negative; some of the staff was kind of dry, and if you have large luggage it can be a bit of a struggle if you are on the second or third floor (due to there being no elevators). BUT itโs understandable that they donโt have an elevator.
I enjoyed my stay here, regardless, I would recommend and would book again!โ
โWe booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our luggage was lost. At check in I asked for a tooth brush and briefly explained to the very very sweet woman checking us in about our day. Not only did she give me a tooth brush, she upgraded us to a room with a washer & dryer so I could wash the only clothes I had. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable โ

โOne of the most relaxing and memorable stays Iโve had in years. Swann House is every bit as charming as I remembered from 20 years ago. The owners are so warm and welcoming, and Christine, the Inn Keeper, is not only a gracious host but also a great cookโbreakfast each morning was a real treat. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and just a short walk to Dupont Circle station, which made it easy to get around without needing a ride service. โThis is a new Bonvoy Marriott in a perfect location! The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. They have a great happy hour. Bartenders are so sweet and make wonderful drinks. The entire staff is lovely. Right in the center of Georgetown walking distance to everything. They offer valet parking, which is a little pricey, but I guess the going rate. The valet staff is very efficient and kind would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. โ

โClean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. โ
