“The room is large with a big tv. The towels are low quality, small, thin, and rough. We asked multiple times for them to clean our room, but it wasn’t done in our three day stay. There is no place to hang towels, so we had to request towels daily. I researched this hotel and found great reviews, but was surprised to discover that I was mislead. If this hotel was better maintained, I think it would’ve been a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the colorful quilts were nice.”

“Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles”

“It's one of the best priced properties available. That being said, it's an older building with older furnishings and an older bathroom and kitchen. Everything worked fine, but it won't be either fancy or modern.”

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother.”

“The suites location is very nice. Because the subway station is nearby the suites. And the facilities were very nice. When I'll travel Philadelphia again, I'll reserve again this suites. Thank you so much!!”

“This was such a cute bed and breakfast in Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk in. Easy to catch a bus into downtown or the historic old city. Each room was unique (we peeked in a couple open doors while being cleaned.) The free breakfast was simple but good and because there are only so many guests, never crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is older, and we had to climb 4 stories to our room, which I did not know. Getting luggage up there...
