“Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)”

“Amazing stay, the pool area has a bad smell other than that the hotel is amazing.”

“It was a nice stay, they were very quick in responding if I needed anything.”

“Beautiful nature, peaceful and quiet. Thank you!”

“If you are planning to travel to Dominica for the best views of the country’s nature. Then this is the resort for you. There are many various type flowers and trees all surrounding the property. Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. Rooms have both 120V and 220V power! The beach was a short walk and even has sites for sea turtles. No complaints on my...

“Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!”

“The menu stays the same always. The should really have the guest wear properly issued bans, so security does not make them feel uncomfortable . Plus all inclusive options is not for all guest. Which is bad.”

“An excellent guesthouse to stay with a group. Clean”

“I really liked this hotel. I stayed in a room with a plunge pool, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, too. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!”

“Very inexperience and careless staff. It was a bad experience especially if solo traveling.”

“Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. ”

“Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager.”

“Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.”

“New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer.”

“Perfect for me as a business traveler. Came with a washer/dryer in one unit! 5 minute walk to a supermarket. Hostess was fantastic. I had questions on my first day and she walked me through how to operate certain things. I have advised my company that we will be working with her in the future.”

“Logement impeccable et bien équipé. Accès plage pas vraiment la mer est en visuelle mais il y a pas de plage. Le personnel très agréable nous avons eu un désagrément et ont a été dédommager par une nuit offert merci beaucoup.”

“It is a quiet area, staff is very friendly, the town very very. We was visiting ACSOM so very close to campus. ”
