"The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance was suppose to come back to fix the toilet while we were out. We came back five hours later to it still broken, honestly one of the worst experiences ever for me."
