“We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.”

“We had a hard time getting checked in, it took over an hour due to some system error they were having. After that the stay was pleasant.”

“The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.”

“Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. Great place to stay!”

“We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. Parking was easy and very safe. Lighting on the property was very good. Sabrina, who lives on site, showed us to our room and gave us a brief tour of the grounds. She was available for anything although we...
