"We rented an airstream and enjoyed it. Only issue was they didn't have a traditional mattress and ours was foam and we kept rolling in towards the center of the bed. I did have them come in and mop the floors, it seems it may have been forgotten"

"Pool was closed, staff was not helpful at all. Reserved a junior suite noted to sleep 4 (king bed and pull out sofa). Room was as described with one major issue. The sofa bed was a twin bed at best! No way two people could sleep on it. Brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Their solution was for me to go to Wal-Mart and buy an inflatable mattress or sleep on the sofa cushions! This has to be some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a hotel regardless of hotel level! Safe to say, I won't stay at this location again nor will my wife on her business trips."
