"First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome. Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV . Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss. You sold me right there.. the room was laid out Well, bed very comfortable, nice view of Samarinda from the window also Breakfast was well laid out, plentiful selections and hot pancakes really were...

"have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable..."

"Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in"

"Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Zumutung. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch und Schimmel gestunken, die Klimaanlage war defekt und damit unbrauchbar. Im Badezimmer roch es penetrant nach Urin und Chlor, das Waschbecken war teilweise aus der Wand gerissen und insgesamt war alles fleckig, dreckig und extrem unhygienisch. Die Matratzen und Bettbezüge waren widerlich. Auf den Bettdecken befanden sich deutliche Blutflecken. Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen, sodass die...

"Proses check in hotel cukup cepat dengan mewajibkan deposit uang. Hanya saja kamar yang diberikan ternyata seperti berada diluar hotel (bangunan tambahan didepan gedung hotel). Pelayanan & isi kamar sesuai standard pilihan kamar."

"Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise."
