โInside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. โVery beautiful building with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very personable.
There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM.

โI had 3 nights in Messina and couldnโt have picked a nicer place. Great communication over my arrival and how to get into the property. Liked the personal touch of messaging me to check I was ok and had everything I needed. Highly recommend. โ

โStayed here for almost two weeks and couldnโt have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.
