"Everything about the hotel was excellent including the restaurant which we used twice. Stunning views, relaxing pool, lovely room with a view of Mt Etna, friendly helpful staff. The regular, timely shuttle service down the hill makes visiting the town easy."

"Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer. Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

" The staff was very friendly and very helpful with helping us acquire taxis to and from the hotel, and from our restaurants and then return very personalized attention. Our room was very modern remodeled, upgraded the view from our balcony was spectacular the pool area. The grotto to the pool and to the beach was beyond belief.. The views for a late night or early drink before dinner with spectacular of the mountain the water. Additionally is the same view that you receive for breakfast every morning. "
