“Fantastic host, beautiful apartment. Located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras surrounded by a gorgeous olive and grape farm. Host is incredibly helpful and very hospitable. View from the rooms are EXCELLENT and perfect for sunset views. Highly recommend this property if you're staying in the second leg of Chalkidiki.”

This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...

“Die Villa Maria in Toroni hat eine zentrale, strandnahe Lage. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und diskret. Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Wechsel erfolgte in sehr kurzen Abständen. Zumindest in unserer Junior-Suite bestand ein Wartungsstau. Viele Deckenlichter waren z. B. außer Funktion. Die Balkontür war nicht verriegelbar (allerdings 1. OG). Diese Punkte wurden beim Check-out angesprochen. Eine Behebung wird sicherlich ein noch besseres Urlaubserlebnis bescheren.”
