The hotel is overall good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there was an unpleasant sewer smell in my room the whole time during my stay. I found it hard to enjoy the room and relax because of the sewer smell.

The room was not cleaned properly there were hairs and dust in the closet and the side of the beds it honestly seemed like they just redid the bed and thats it .Other than that everything else was okay.

Very suspicious taxi driver said the clientele were prostitutes and drug dealers. The room was very duty. The only good thing is I was able to get a refund

Price was decent. Needed a room for a quick doctors visit. But room was cold. Heater did not work. Toilet was dirty. Sheets looked very old and worn out. You can hear the other rooms TV and conversations through the walls. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and efficient the room was cleaner than the previous time we stayed in this hotel. The floor in room 415 is in very bad conditions and they didn't have conditioner i the shower, that's a big opportunity right there and easy fix

This property is to expensive for the services offering, small rooms with septic tank smell , not clean even elevators are with appearance of dirty.. lack of features like pool, needs more cleaning and better rooms and smells really bad.

We show up at 1:00pm hoping that we can a room early because check in time was 3pm and usually at other hotels they are accommodating but not this hotel they said come back 2 pm ok we did but they said no we don't have anything available come back at e pm so they lied about it because they all their staff was having a lunch in not like they didn't have anything available it was they didn't want to start giving them out till 3pm only complaint I have

Room was not satisfactory no cups to drink water. No washcloths to wash yourself on the one hand towel and I’ll hair conditioner. My computer monitors bigger than the TV. Also, I need two pillows, flat like pancakes.
