"Very nice property. The only thing I do not understand is that they have elevetors. Other then that. Great property. Customer service it's the best. Thanks to the all staff that makes me and my all family welcome and appreciated. "

"The rooms were very clean, the staff everywhere were so friendly! They all worked very hard, and yet always happy and so willing to treat you like royalty! My only small complaint were the amount of birds around the outdoor tables at the buffet, I know a hard thing to control, but if dishes were left to long, the birds would swarm! I also noticed them on the servers station on the water jugs ect. But I must say, the food was excellent! We were there with our family, including a 15 and 16 year old, tuff age, but they found not any others in there age group, possibly the time of year? We were there after spring break. Overall, an amazing place, and we plan on returning!"

"The location is fantastic, super walkable with tons of great locations in Zona Romantica to visit nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated sure but my bed was comfortable and thats all that matters to me. My biggest takeaway is that if you want beachfront in the heart of Zona Romantica, the pricepoint of Playa Los Arcos can't be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay."
