It was a sufficient place. It was very close to the metro 2 lines and very close to lots of the tourist stuff at the constitution plaza. The bed was uncomfortable firm and my room was not at all sound proof, so was hard to sleep to some degree.

Older building but nicely maintained. We were in F304 which faces the street so when the bar across the road has a live band it’s loud. However the band only went to midnight or so, and by moving to the fold out bed in the kitchen area the loudest part can be avoided. The front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and patient as we figured out the hot water system, and available whenever there was a question. Would stay there again for the property as well as the location - walkable to the historic district and surrounded by everything you need food and entertainment- wise.

The staff who welcomed us was very courteous. We arrived early but he allowed us to rest in the lobby and he even stored our things. He even said that we could check in earlier which we appreciated because we were so tired from our flight. Our room was very clean and it had everything we needed plus it had a kitchen. They put some snacks for us to enjoy. We had a nice balcony and view. Our hotel was close to a lot of restaurants which we appreciated. We would definitely tell our friends about this hotel and we would definitely come back here in the near future. ❤️❤️❤️

This was a perfect rental! Everything about it was superior. It was spotlessly cean, Everything was new and updated. we had Everything we could imagine and complimentary local snacks and candy and waters. It was an amazing view of the city and the perfect location to walk to all the attractions and tour the city. Everyone of the staff were kind and helpful.

The room iis fully facilitated with kitchen, good for families. Rooms are very clean and reception staff is very friendly. The room I stay does not have window in the bedroom, the window in the living room is facing a wall of the next building, no naturals light. Good thing is this suite is quieter than the suite facing the streets

Property location is good & staff was very nice. Unfortunately, it was not what I booked, the place was bad, no hot water so showers were dreadful, place was stuffy & hot, plus the pillows & mattress was terrible. They must invest a bit more so guests are happy. A plus: They stored our luggage before & after, and staff was very nice & polite.

Location was great. However, due to the location near the Zocalo and having a night club across the street, expect lots of noises and music to be into the late night. We stayed in PH2 and it was very roomy but it needs many upgrades to the roof and ceiling as rain kept coming through in several locations. Despite this, we had a great time again due to the great location and access.

Clean room. The building has a certain smell which we didn't like but the actual room was clean and had everything we needed. Nice staff and super convenient location. It's not quite as you can still hear traffic / music from outside but it's not a deal breaker for us.

We loved everything about this place. The location is super close to the zocalo and many places we wanted to visit. Yet, it was a few blocks from so much noise. The staff were all really helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. The space worked well for our family (2 adults 3 teen kids). The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed- dishes, cooking, utensils, etc. and a laundry room which was very useful! We’d stay here again!
