This is one of the best hotels in Mexico City. The property is beautiful, well kept, characteristic of traditional Mexican architecture, design, decor. The staff is friendly and very professional. Its location is just perfect for visiting museums, strolling through Chapultepec park, going shopping in elegant boutiques and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. One of the few hotels with a quiet garden and outside pool.

Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love the hotel, the staff, and the location. I will say there was one incident with a staff person, but I won’t even go into the details here because everyone else made up for it. It’s fine. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but that is why I’m giving four instead of five stars. Great hotel, highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

We loved the location and the food in the buffet the people were very nice and way to get a taxi … we walk around. Location is hard to beat. Gym is way too small - needs to be at least 3x larger. Bistro was bad food, poor service and expensive. Breakfast was excellent and exec suite meeting room well attended. Nice hotel, centrally located in polanco close to restaurants and stores. I give the hotel 3 stars because the water in the shower took 15 minutes to heat up before a shower. The AC was extremely loud which didn’t make for a very relaxing sleep. Also, by day 4 before our check in, the bathroom had started smelling a little funky (urine smell). Thank goodness it was time to check out. Final morning at breakfast was also unnecessarily unpleasant. Staff ignored our call to pay and later came harassing us about not paying for breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay but could definitely use some improvement.
