Great location, walkable to many places, buses and metro are very nearby. Lots of food options.
The apartment is on Reforma, and there's a construction site which is noisy.
The room is not spotless clean. But acceptable.
We checked in at 130am. Really late, the given code is not working. Running up and down asking front desk help, they are super nice and helpful to call the host. A new code provided so finally get in the room about 2am. Not a very smooth start!
We booked our the 892 sq ft room, however, 2 days without internet service, which affect no TV networks as well. We didn't get the SIM card for data, we highly reply on the room internet to book tickets, plan our trip, plus work related... kids want to stay in touch with friends....
The host didnt even know the service was down. Plus it was one of the public holidays.
We have to run down to use Starbuck internet across the street for 2 days.
Took us 2 days back and forth communications with the host. They moved us to a smaller apartment. Ive got internet but have to stay in a smaller apartment which i didnt pick and the smaller unit is very run down. One of us have to sleep on the sofa bed. one of the toilet cannot be flush and very shaken. Felt like an earthquakes when tou sat on the toilet.
But I paid more for the nicer apartment. I don’t want to complain too much to ruin my vacations. But my family had been asking to get a lower rate or a refund for the smaller apartment.
