The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated on Avenida Insurgentes with access to major stores, and public transportation. Didn't have opportunity to eat at the hotel, but had a major dining room

8-night stay: The junior suite with two queen beds and a loveseat sofa was very spacious, and the cleaning staff was excellent. Lighting was one reading light per bed and overhead ceiling lights. A drip coffee maker was provided along with coffee. The bathroom was also spacious and provided large bath towels only (no face or hand towels). The location is between Coyoacan and Roma Norte/Polanco/Chapultapec on Metrobus Line 1, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the wifi in my room (1605) was so slow that websites timed-out—making it basically useless. I measured the speed near the door/bathroom at 0.09Mbps, but the signal was too weak to measure at the desk near the window. Other than restarting the router, it seemed the staff couldn’t do anything to improve the situation. WiFi was acceptable in the dining room and lobby (140mbps).

Room was clean, staff did a nice job keeping it so. Building and rooms were rather dated, with virtually zero sound insulation; everything going on in surrounding rooms as well as outside noise was clearly heard and sometimes obtrusive while trying to sleep. Hotel is however very conveniently located and seemed a fairly safe area.

The staff members were great. There was a buffet for breakfast, and it was superb. Everything was fresh and delicious. Prompt service, very polite and friendly. I was not eating there often. Mexico tends to have TV sets everywhere while people dine, and because of the Football game world cup, it was pretty unplesant all the volume was very high. Ideally, eating should be a pleasant and relaxing experience, but that smy opinion, I don't dine in a envirmet like that. Other than that, the hotel is very good, I will say top-notch. I do recommend it.
