Room was clean, what makes it a 4 star hotel is the fact there is 24/7 security. However, the area itself isn’t the most secure in terms of how the streets feel. Apart from that, great staff and great location of how close you are to tourist destinations
Room spotless and nice staff was very nice the only small problem was the first nights room the toilet would leak water from the flush handle other than that everything was great

It was very clean, bellman and receptionist very helpful
This place was perfect for our family of 5. With a greater selection of breaky options and softer beds it’d be a solid 5/5. I’d read reviews on the location but we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Yes there’s prostitutes in the surrounds and homeless people sadly living on the streets, but they’re perfectly harmless. We loved the area and how accessible it was to transport, historic centre, Polanco etc. We will definitely return.
Staff was very helpful and courteous. The main lobby was lovely. The included breakfast had lots of options and was good food. The rooms were clean.
The toilets didn’t flush well, and it’s a very noisy hotel. But it felt safe.
Although the property is in a "questionable "area inside of it it was very clean, close to every attraction to Mexico city center, walking distance to alameda central (2 blocks) our room it was massively big only thing I missed it was a microwave🙄
Room was okay- one of our three beds the linens had stains and some hair , the staff was nice . One thing that was really bad was cell phone signal and the WiFi kept going in and out . On the pro side it’s close to historic center which was awesome for us .
The property was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The main street can get pretty loud during the day, and I assume depending on the location of your room, those sounds are audible. Everything else was great.
The staff was great. They were all nice and attentive. Excellent service and in a good area. My only suggestion would be mopping the room floors. They were really dirty. But other than that. I would recommend this hotel for the staff and location.
Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing.
The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight.
My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!

Its overall a good hotel: very friendly and helpful staff (very hard workers), great food, and clean. Cons:The area around the hotel does have a lot of SWs which isnt an issue but just wanted to mention for the people that might not like that. The shower and sink knobs are a little hard to close, my mother has arthritis and I had to help her whenever she used them but able-bodied people can use them fine, I think. Walls are also thin, I could clearly hear conversations that people were having. Despite that, I had a great time!!
