The property is centrally located with easy access to everything nearby. Although the building is older, it is well maintained. The staff are excellent and very helpful.
The location was really good. Breakfast was well above average and the staff was really good. Eddie the gentlemen at the Front Door was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable and excited to stay here next time to Visit Mexico City.
We had an adjoining building view but it was private. The staff was great really secured the front entrance and the two connected restaurants were both really good.
Excellent location, very close to Zocalo. Staff are very accommodating, very good breakfast, they change the menu everyday. My room was very clean and in order everytime I get back to it after a long day of roaming around CDMX, will definitely stay here again!
Location, location, location... about two blocks from the zocalo in the Centro histórico. It's a good hotel, with clean rooms and a breakfast. I stay here every time I come to CDMX now, if they have room.
The hotel is in a perfect location, which made getting around very convenient and enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with anything we needed.
However, the rooms were very small, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially for longer visits. The breakfast was also disappointing — there weren’t many good options, and I wish they offered more Mexican food to match the location and enhance the experience.
Overall, a great spot because of its location and staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the room size and breakfast offerings.
Excellent service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Eddie was very nice attentive I would definitely stay here again to totally recommend this hotel very family friendly.
The room was nice and the cleaning staff kept the room very clean. The location is great close to the main attractions, will definitely be back. Already planning to go around the same month next year and will book this hotel again.
