From the minute we stepped in the hotel it was amazing and very clean, everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. The location is amazing n closed to so many popular places. I like that they let us check in early for a small fee but it was worth it. Definitely will stay there again.

Very nice spacious room and they provided free of charge, roll out bed, complimentary breakfast, water in the room well lit for 3 of us and the staff is very courteous/ friendly! We also appreciate the security! Only drawback was using jacuzzi in almost total darkness in the evening and that was terrible & unsafe so only went one time. But the hotel was great and loved the Christmas decorations too and that uber can pick us right at the hotel. Recommend highly!

The room was spotless, the concierge service was very helpful during my stay recommending places to go eat and visit. The hotel has two restaurants on the first floor that are top notch, El Cardenal and House Prime. I visited both and the food was awesome. Overall I had a great experience.
