Room was spotless. Staff was professional, courteous and responsive to every need. Juan Carlos, bellboy extraordinaire, was amazing. Juan Carlos met us outside and greeted us upon arrival. Very courteous, professional and informative. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you Daniel for making the buffet look like the pictures on internet. Thank you Magaly for everything. The Hotel Staff have made this stay amazing. The hospitality and cleanliness is remarkable. It has rained heavily here the last two days and we experienced a leak in our room when we called to notify the staff a maintenance person was immediately dispatched to assess the issue. As a result of the assessment we were immediately assigned another, much nicer, room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic the rooms are wonderful and nicely kept. The service is absolutely amazing from front desk to kitchen/room service. They answered all our questions and were willing to help us with whatever we needed definitely recommend. We stayed for a week and were so impressed.

Building is old. Rooms are too dark with windows facing inside corridors. You can not see the street or even the sky,I felt I was in jailhouse cell. Location is bad, lots of homeless people, difficult to find and far from the center. Will never go there again
