This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el personal bastante servicial , la habitación me pareció cómoda y limpia, el desayuno, aunque algo repetitivo, era sabroso y suficiente.Lo único que no me gustó fue que el internet era muy limitado, aunque había wi-fi en la habitación no podía navegar adecuadamente .
