Location is great and near the Zocalo, restaurants, and you can walk to many sites. The staff was very helpful especially the bellhops and kitchen staff. The morning breakfast was good and plentiful and you can't beat the cafe de olla.
The breakfast was exceptional. Best cafe de olla I have had in a long time. Staff in breakfast area were polite and worked to ensure you had a good breakfast. The reception staff and the hotel porters were ready to help you.
The hotel was in great location and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

City Hotel, great location, 2 blocks from the Zocalo. Bed was hard and bouncy, (Not an ideal choice). Dated bedding and Pleather worn Headboard. Clean bathroom overall. Bedroom floor dirty (soot or something got our self provided slippers very dirty.). It was a cheaper alternative from our usual place. I will pay for our ususal place next time. All in all.. it is a good candidate to spend the night if your on a budget.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone made us feel right at home. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service.
Spotless, spacious room and helpful staff made this a great place for my 4-day stay as a solo first-timer in CDMX. Plus the location can't be beat. Close to everything important for tourists. I would stay again and will recommend it to couples, families and singles.

Ask for a room on the 6th floor with a balcony you won’t regret it. Room 603 is where we stayed and we had a blast on the balcony. Everyone was friendly and it was very safe.
Staff were very friendly and helped in anyway they could. We arrived an hour early for check in and they let us in at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site.
The location is great forntouring the historical centre.
